We understand how frustrating it can be not knowing what is going on. This is why we will contact you to discuss your case, at a time which is convenient for you, or ask for further information if needed, to support your claim
Leave it with us
Occasionally some lenders, might try and contact claimants with the view to negotiating a settlement for an unacceptable amount. We would ask you to forward any letters, emails or phone calls that you receive from the other party directly to ourselves so we can handle this on your behalf
Receive your offer
Where we receive an offer from the company or lender we are pursuing, we will always discuss with you the merits of the offer, before you choose to accept or decline the amount
